We often look at social media to inspire us with our weight loss journey. We find support groups and online health communities to continue to motivate us lose weight and maintain a healthy lifestyle. It is, most often than not, quite challenging to stick to our preferred diet to reach our goal.

Rebel Wilson is an Australian lawyer, comedienne, writer and producer. She was known to have played ‘Fat Amy’ in the movie Pitch Perfect and appeared in movies like Bachelorette, Struck by Lightning and What to Expect When You’re Expecting.
At the start of year 2020, she wrote this on her Instagram account:

The Hustle’s star lost more than 60 lbs and had been happy with the changes she made in her life. It can be reflected on how she looks now and the confidence shown through her photos posted in her Instagram account.
Rebel’s weight lost can be attributed to a decision to turn her life around by being more active and engaging in exercises and, also, using the Mayr Method.

Jono Castano is Rebel’s personal trainer and can be seen working out with her most of the time. Her routine includes High Intensity Interval training or HIIT, stair sprints, bouts with battle ropes and even flipping tires.
Her trainer will encourage her to constantly move everyday and she is doing her work outs six time a day. Castano’s main goal is to build strength even in working out at home.
Utilize what you got but if you feel like it is getting a bit boring, adding in some new equipment will help. Resistance bands and hand weights are easy to store and can definitely amp up an any home workout.

Rebel Wilson’s weight loss is an inspiration for most people who are battling with their weight. We can always see that drive, persistence and consistency will always play major roles in achieving your goals.
It also helped that she was very honest on how hard it is to lose weight as she was struggling with emotional eating for most part of her life, and it did not help that she is constantly seen in big screens and TV.
